One recurring service fee
The recurring fee covers the workspace, the purchased workflow, standard bounded onboarding, agreed data take-on, training and defined support. There is no separate implementation fee for standard onboarding and no hourly billing for the included work. Usage meters, support allowances and change control are written into the order rather than discovered later.
Supplier licences are shown separately
The recurring fee does not remove annual supplier payments for the accounting engine. Every quotation shows the supplier annual amount at contract start, our recurring amount and its first due date, third-party usage or hardware, and the next annual renewal as separate lines. It states whether you pay the supplier directly or pay us for remittance, and the same licence is never counted twice.
First-year cash and renewal
For each quotation we calculate first-year cash paid as supplier payments plus the actual recurring instalments plus agreed extras and applicable tax, and we show annual recurring value separately from initial cash. The renewal date, minimum term, notice period and exit route are on the first page of the order, not the last. A multi-year licence term is never presented as multi-year cash collected up front.
What a quotation will not contain
No invented savings, no promised returns, no scarce delivery slots and no unconditional delivery-day promise. Any service credit or corrective plan for a missed acceptance criterion is stated in the order with its amount and cure period, and only after it has been approved.
Next step
A scope review is the only thing this website offers. It is a working conversation about your last hard operating cycle, and it ends with one recommendation, one engine and a dated payment calendar, or with an honest no.
