One workspace, one recurring service
Operational users work in the property interface. Levies, rent, folios, deposits, maintenance and statements are recorded once and reconciled against the selected accounting engine. There is no separate implementation fee for standard onboarding; the order states exactly what the first accepted operating cycle contains, who provides each input and the complete payment calendar.
Three editions, one recommendation
Rather than a menu of modules, each segment gets one recommended package. Managed Estates covers levy runs and owner statements for estates and homeowners' associations. Managed Hospitality carries a reservation and deposit through the guest folio to a reconciled posting. Managed Rentals handles leases, rent schedules, deposits and landlord statements. Each edition is described on its own page with the evidence behind it.
- Managed Estates: Estates, homeowners' associations and bodies corporate
- Managed Hospitality: Lodges, hotels, guest houses and resorts
- Managed Rentals: Residential and commercial rental managers
What this website does and does not do
This site explains scope, the pricing basis and the onboarding boundary so that you can decide whether a scope review is worth your time. It does not publish a tariff, it does not sell a plan, and it does not create an account from an enquiry. The existing FloSimple single-job apps remain available on their own pages for the small businesses that use them.
What a scope review is
A scope review is a working conversation, not a sales pitch. You describe your last labour-intensive or failed operating cycle, its source records and the person accountable for fixing it. We show the relevant workflow on safe data, say plainly what has been tested and what has not, and only then recommend one edition and one engine. There is nothing to buy on this website.
Next step
A scope review is the only thing this website offers. It is a working conversation about your last hard operating cycle, and it ends with one recommendation, one engine and a dated payment calendar, or with an honest no.
